Delete your OneLine account
This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to associated data.
How to request deletion
Option 1: In the app
- Open OneLine and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Security section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type the confirmation text and submit the request.
Option 2: Email request
If you cannot access the app, email oneline.developerteam@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject Account Deletion Request.
What is deleted
When deletion is completed, we remove the OneLine account identity and associated app data from active systems.
- Authentication account, email address, and profile records.
- Journal entries, streaks, reflections, summaries, exports, preferences, and onboarding state.
- Coach, support, and feedback history tied to the account.
- Uploaded files and attachments such as journal photos, feedback files, and generated story assets.
Timing
We aim to remove active account data as part of the deletion flow and sign the user out immediately. Limited backup copies, logs, or legally required records may persist for a short period before expiring, typically no longer than 30 days.
Deletion is intended to be permanent. If encrypted journal content is deleted, it cannot be restored.
